The industrial-chic interior, with tanks and barrels in view, plus the open-air outdoor space, gives you room to seat a dinner party, stand and mingle, or do both as the evening shifts. Because we grow and bottle everything ourselves, every pour is a Colorado story your people can tell about — not a mystery label from out of state.

Outside catering is welcome, so you bring the menu you’ve already planned, and we handle the venue, the wine, and the atmosphere.
