Book your holiday party at Sauvage Spectrum Estate Winery, a private event venue in Palisade, Colorado, on a working vineyard in the Grand Valley.
Holiday events at Sauvage Spectrum include covered outdoor space and an indoor room for colder evenings, outside catering allowed, a full wine bar featuring 26+ estate-grown varietals, estate wine packages, a sound system, and on-site parking.
Occasions include Thanksgiving long tables set among the vines, Christmas parties with a Colorado Sparklet toast, winter solstice gatherings under the darkest, clearest skies of the year, and office or club holiday parties with string lights. Every glass poured was grown feet from where your guests stand, and out-of-town family can reach it easily: within 15 minutes of the Grand Junction airport, and just minutes from area lodging, BnBs, and I-70.

The end-of-year party is one of the few all-hands moments you get to shape yourself. The industrial-chic interior, with tanks and barrels in view, plus the open-air outdoor space, gives you room to seat a dinner party, stand and mingle, or do both as the evening shifts. Because we grow and bottle everything ourselves, every pour is a Colorado story your people can tell about.
Outside catering, potlucks, and food trucks are welcome, so you bring the menu you’ve already planned, and we’ll suggest wine pairings match.
