CELEBRATE AT THE VINEYARD
Book your corporate event at Sauvage Spectrum Estate Winery, a private event venue in Palisade, Colorado, on a working vineyard in the Grand Valley, within minutes of lodging, I-70, and 15 minutes from Grand Junction.
Corporate events at Sauvage Spectrum include configurable interior flex space plus a covered outdoor patio, Wi-Fi, a sound system, a full wine bar featuring 26+ estate-grown varietals, estate wine packages, and on-site parking, with outside catering allowed.
Formats include client and partner dinners, team offsites and retreats, holiday parties, and sales kickoffs and celebrations. Teams can add a guided walkthrough of how the wine gets made, led by the winemaking partnership itself.
Request corporate event information or call 970-464-2127 to reserve your dates.
YOUR UNCONVENTIONAL VENUE
Your people get to step away from screens and stand among the vines that make award-winning, estate-grown wine. There’s something about a setting that feels alive — soil, sunlight, fermentation happening behind the glass — that loosens conversations a whiteboard never will. And when the work wraps up, the evening naturally extends into tastings and dinner without anyone needing to drive anywhere else.
We’re a partnership between an experienced grapegrower and a young winemaker, and we’re happy to walk your group through the wine-making process. It’s a genuine conversation starter that has nothing to do with the spreadsheet.
MAKE IT YOURS
Make it even more memorable with these experiences: private tours, blending lab, custom labels, and more.
