Forage & Fire Feast

What to expect:

You will be greeted with a welcome pour of Sparkling Wine and directed to seating on our covered patio with vast views of Mount Garfield, the bookcliffs, vineyards, and surrounding orchards.  Seating will be family style at 4 top tables.  If you book tickets in groups of 2 you will be seated with another group of two.

Local Summer Legume Salad

 Snap peas, snow peas, braised maricopa beans, english peas, charred corn, crumbled goat feta, toasted herb sourdough, sweet gem lettuce,sweet sherry mustard vinaigrette, wild foraged herbs

Wood Grilled 32oz (8oz per person)  Dry Aged Piedmontese Tomahawk

 Local vegetables, summer squash, honey glazed carrots, porcini mushrooms

Roasted garlic and wild penny cress steak sauce
