Our ~3,000-sq-ft flex space is industrial-chic, configured around your event with options for dinner seating or a standing reception.
Sauvage Spectrum hosts graduation parties, corporate events, holiday parties, and celebrations of every kind: birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, reunions, showers, and family gatherings. Events take place across a working winery, with configurable interior flex space, a covered outdoor patio, and vineyard views in every direction.
Every event includes a full wine bar pouring 26+ estate-grown varietals, outside catering allowed, a sound system, Wi-Fi, and on-site parking, plus add-on experiences such as custom labels, private tours, barrel tastings, and a blending lab where guests blend their own wine.
