Kick off your Sunday with a 60 minute Power Vinyasa class guided by 200 hour Yoga Alliance
accredited instructor Christina Ciancio.

Participants are then invited to stay for a complimentary glass of
wine that is included in the ticket price and light bites.  Amando Tacos will also be on site for BRUNCH starting at 11am.  Following Vino and Vinyasa Sauvage Spectrum will be hosting a Brunch and Blooms event which will include the food truck, 2 local blooming pop-ups, and live music!  We hope you stick around and enjoy the Sunday Funday with us.

Yoga mats are not provided so please bring your own.  Class starts at 10am so please arrive 10-15 early so you get comfortable prior to class starting.

Christina grew up in Connecticut and studied Baptiste Power Yoga. She ventured to the Western Slope
for the first time in the summer of 2021. After becoming enamored by the mountains and the Colorado
National Monument, she decided to make the Grand Valley her new home.
