Return & Exchange Policy
At Sauvage Spectrum, we take great care in crafting and shipping our wines so they arrive in excellent condition. Because alcohol regulations and shipping standards are strict, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged in transit.
Damaged Products: If the package is visibly damaged, do not accept the order from the shipping company. Email [email protected] with your order number and details about the damaged items so they can assist you with a replacement.
Incorrect Products: If you received the wrong product, email [email protected] with your order number and the incorrect items to arrange a replacement.
Timeframe: You have 7 days from the delivery date to contact Vinoshipper to start a return or refund request per Vinoshipper’s policies.
Important Notes
- Damage claims must be handled through VinoShipper, not directly through the winery.
- Weather-related issues (heat or cold damage) are not eligible for replacement if the customer chooses to ship during extreme conditions.
