Fruit & Wine Pairing

Get it from the grower and join us for a fun collaboration between Sauvage Spectrum and Palisade Growers Guild for a one of a kind fruit and wine pairing event!  Included in your ticket price you can enjoy 3 wines paired perfectly with 3 local fruits and 1lb of fruit for you to take home and enjoy.  During the event our wine staff will guide you through the pairing with tasting notes, recommended pairing techniques, and fun history on the wines.  You will also learn all the fun facts about the fruit that you will be enjoying with the wines.
