Family Style Tapas Dinner

Down from the San Juan’s, enjoy paired tapas from the crew at Communion Wine Bar in their first ever Grand Valley pop-up.

Located at Sauvage Spectrum Winery – Palisade, CO.

Expect, a seafood heavy menu with Spanish and Portuguese roots. Crisp, white Iberian inspired wines are featured with a lone light red, Mourvèdre. Served at a community table, family style with just a touch of education along the way.

Join us as we introduce another group of friends to our Palisade crew. This is not a stuffy wine dinner. Consider this event a chill meetup with amazing Food and Beverage professionals who would like to share their passion with you.
