His menu has been curated to pair with three of our most food friendly wines. \n\nFIRST COURSE\, with CERO (Blan de Zinfandel and Cab Franc) Whipped goat cheese with honey roasted grapes and thyme on grilled sourdough Shaved fennel and apple salad\, toasted hazelnuts\, lemon vinaigrette \n\nMAIN COURSE\, with the Petit Verdot Red wine braised beef short rib Creamy parmesan polenta\, roasted wild mushrooms\, gremolata \n\nDESSERT\, with Devil’s Prey (Bourbon Barrel Aged Red Blend) Dark chocolate torte with bourbon caramel\, candied pecans and flaky sea salt \n\nThe acidity in the CERO cuts right through the goat cheese and brightens the salad. \nThe short rib has the richness to stand up to the Petit Verdot’s tannins. \nAnd the chocolate and bourbon caramel pick up the vanilla\, caramel and brown sugar in Devil’s Prey.\n\nVegetarian and gluten free swaps are available with a few days’ notice.
