This will be first come first serve as only a small amount will be available.\n\nTHE MORE YOU KNOW!!The Bosna – a Salzburg originalTwo long\, thin pork bratwursts in an elongated bun of white bread\, slightly toasted\, served half wrapped in white paper\, with final finishing touches including parsley\, onions and a secret blend of spices – this is the basis of the legendary Bosna. Which is precisely how it was created by the founder of the Balkan Grill\, Zanko Todoroff\, back in 1949. A native of Bulgaria\, he actually invented the secret recipe for his bratwurst at the Müllner Bräustübl\, first christening it the “Nadanizer”. Because of its extraordinary taste\, it didn’t take long for it to become a culinary celebrity far beyond the Salzburg city limits.\nSoon\, he was able to afford his own food stall: the Balkan Grill in the Stockhamer Durchhaus. Befitting the new location and because the name “Nadaziner” was simply too hard to remember\, he also needed to find a new title for his Salzburg-style hotdog. Fate would have it that a Salzburg signwriter\, who was helping spruce up the Balkan Grill at that time\, would come up with the name “Bosna”: a blend of the Bulgarian word “bosa”\, essentially meaning “snack”\, and “Bosnia”. This will be the only weekend we will have it open and available to taste so do not miss your chance to try and buy this beautiful wine! \nPairs perfect with PALI THAI 12-7pm\nWITH live music by\nTIM + RICHARD 4-7PM \nABOUT THE PINOT GRIS:\nWhole cluster skin soaked for 12 hours of contact time before pressing to stainless steel for fermentation. Natural malolactic conversion conducted in neutral French oak barrels with extended lees aging back in stainless steel barrels. \nCandied apricot\, peach pit\, & baking spice aromas are balanced with the fruit of pink lady apple & pear skin flavors. A moderate acidity & textured light body. Dry & complex but layered with additional Asian pear and wet stone on the finish.

DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a night out with Sauvage Spectrum and Underdog Cheese for a fun and unique dinner experience. \nWhat is Raclette?? \nRaclette is a dish native to parts of Switzerland. The raclette cheese round is heated\, either in front of a fire or by a special machine\, then scraped onto diners’ plates.  A modern way of serving raclette involves an electric table-top grill with small pans\, known as coupelles\, in which slices of raclette cheese are melted. This new way has been used since the 1950s. Generally the grill is surmounted by a hot plate or griddle. In Switzerland the electrical raclette is called “raclonette”. The device is put in the middle of the table. The cheese is brought to the table sliced\, accompanied by platters of boiled or steamed potatoes\, other vegetables\, and varied meats.
