We are super excited for our next big varietal to hit the tasting room! The Pinot Gris will be a Cellar Select Society member only wine! Why you ask?? Because this will be a very limited release with only 40 cases produced plus it is very unique and unlike any other Pinot Gris you will try! This will be the only weekend we will have it open and available to taste so do not miss your chance to try and buy this beautiful wine!

ABOUT THE PINOT GRIS:
Whole cluster skin soaked for 12 hours of contact time before pressing to stainless steel for fermentation. Natural malolactic conversion conducted in neutral French oak barrels with extended lees aging back in stainless steel barrels.
Candied apricot, peach pit, & baking spice aromas are balanced with the fruit of pink lady apple & pear skin flavors. A moderate acidity & textured light body. Dry & complex but layered with additional Asian pear and wet stone on the finish.
