We found our first vintage of Malbec with intensely deep black and blue fruit flavors complimented with the spiciness to match matured quite nicely in American Heavy Toast
Oak. The character of the barrel contributed to the wine, and the flavors mellowed smoothly in unison. A structured and full bodied blend full of rich concentrated flavors. Velvety, encompassing tannins accompany a clove spice and jammy bouquet. These unique barrels impart flavors of caramel, spice, and roasted coffee with hints of vanilla and butterscotch.
